At the helm of our team is Dr Dimitrios Brousianos, an experienced GP with a genuine commitment to high quality patient care. He brings a wealth of medical knowledge to the practice and oversees the delivery of care across the team. Known for his kind and thorough approach, Dr Brousianos places a strong emphasis on clinical safety, clear communication and continuity of care.

Our Nursing Team

Our two practice nurses are at the heart of patient care at Canada Street Medical. Between them, they bring a wealth of experience, a calm and compassionate approach, and a genuine commitment to supporting every patient who walks through our doors.

They provide care across all stages of life — from childhood vaccines and cervical screening to wound care, health checks and chronic disease support. They work closely with our GPs to ensure that each patient receives consistent, personalised care in a way that feels respectful, practical and kind.

Whether it’s a routine appointment or something more complex, our nurses take the time to listen, explain clearly and make sure patients feel comfortable and cared for.

Our Admin Team

Our admin team is often the first point of contact for patients — whether it’s answering the phone, greeting you at the front desk or helping with forms and follow-ups. With three experienced and approachable team members, they keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes while making sure every patient feels welcome and supported.

From booking appointments and managing referrals to handling prescription requests and day-to-day queries, they work calmly and efficiently to help make your experience as easy as possible.
